City Lead Institute
The City Lead Institute is a 1.5 day gathering of Cities United city leads aimed at enhancing connections with peers across the country as well as increasing knowledge and skills to further city leads' personal and professional development. The theme for the 2019 City Lead Institute is "Moral Injury and the Government Employee" with an emphasis on making change when change is ... debatable. City Leads will learn from and network with their peers across the country as well as receive tools that will further equip them not just in their roles within city government but their roles in life.
