Reimbursement for U.S. Neurosurgeons
Hotel room and tax at the St Julien Hotel will be paid for from Wednesday, August 15 - Saturday, August 18, 2018 (3-nights). Additional nights will be at your own expense.
Attendees who have never attended an SSG annual meeting or course will be reimbursed up to $400 for a coach airline ticket upon submission of an expense report within seven days. Please submit your flight receipt for reimbursement to Jennifer Oakley at jennifer@oakleymeetingsandevents.com.
