• Have your name/logo and sponsorship level listed in the sponsorship section of the event site;

• Provide space for a promotional package on the event site highlighting your company; 
• Have your logo on signage at the refreshment breaks/lunches/receptions and dinner;
• Offer you a display table to provide promotional materials and information and giveaways for the delegation in a high traffic area of the event;
• Sponsor a speaker to participate on a panel or to participate as a workshop leader (travel costs to be covered by the sponsor and participation must be free of commercialism);
• Provide remarks (15 minutes) to the delegation at the opening evening reception as part of the Welcome speeches;
