Sponsorship Benefits
All sponsors will receive the following benefits:
- One (1) session presentation slot (while available) within the program tracks being offered
- One (1) complementary speaker registration
- Recognition of each sponsor in Conference advertising materials, as well as, Conference event signage and promotional materials
- Display of your easel signs or other signage in exhibit area
- Exhibitor space
- One 6’ skirted folding table and two chairs (however, you can bring your own booth/skirt)
- Access to one electrical outlet
- Wireless access for one device
- Pre-Conference registration list (name and company only)
- Post-Conference electronic copy of the attendee list (name, title, company)
In addition, the following benefits are provided based on sponsorship level:
Gold Level Sponsorship - $1,500
- Logo and naming in the Gold Level section of the Conference program
- Two complementary registrations to attend the 2018 Conference ($600 value) for unrestricted use (e.g., non-members, guests, or clients)
Platinum Level Sponsorship - $3,000
- Priority selection of booth exhibit space
- A 100-word description of your service or product with organization logo for inclusion in the Platinum Level section the Conference program
- Full page color portrait advertisement for your organization in the Conference program (will be reduced to 8.5"H x 5.5"W portrait format)
- Four complementary registrations to attend the 2018 Conference ($1,200 value) for unrestricted use (e.g., non-members, guests, or clients)
