2017 HOC Presentations

To further optimize the advantage of participation, attendees are encouraged to make presentations using the designated HOC 2017 Presentation Guidelines and Template. Click here to download the presentation template. Owner/Operator/Service Center presentations are allotted 30 minutes. Vendor/Exhibitor presentations are allotted 15 minutes. To ensure appropriate presentations are incorporated into the agenda, a presentation committee will review all presentations for format, technical content, audio-visual compatibility, and acceptability.

• Proposed topic and short summary must be provided to Cassie Rogers via email at cassie.n.rogers@lmco.com by September 1, 2017. Presenters will be notified of their summary acceptance.
• If the topic is approved, draft presentations must be submitted by September 15, 2017.
• Draft presentations will be reviewed/approved by the presentation committee, and final presentations incorporating recommended changes must be submitted by October 1, 2017, or once notification is received.

In lieu of paper copies or DVDs, presentations will be made available on the HOC website in the weeks following the HOC. Please advise at presentation submittal if you do not want your presentation released.
