The Four Seasons Hotel Las Vegas (Four Diamond) is located on the legendary Las Vegas strip and is approximately 15 minutes from the Las Vegas McCarran International Airport and it’s guest rooms are on floors 35 to 39. A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium. Attendees must register for the conference first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation which will also include the special “Hotel Reservation Link” and instructions for making your hotel reservation.

Reservations must be made no later than 5:00 pm PST on August 17, 2017
Please make reservations early as there is a limited number of rooms available. Reservations made after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space available basis only and may not be available at the discounted group rate.

*Must be registered for the conference to be eligible for negotiated group sleeping room rates.

Cancellation Policy:   if reservation is cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival then the Hotel will retain first night’s room and tax deposit as a cancellation fee.
