Agenda
The Annual Leadership Conference is a full one-day meeting. The conference will begin at 7:00 AM with registration and continental breakfast, followed by the general session beginning at 8:00 AM. You will hear from Doug Parker, Robert Isom and the Executive Leadership Team, with the opportunity to ask questions during the "unplugged" Q&A session. The day will finish with a networking reception and company expo, ending approximately at 6:00 PM. Conference start and end times may change as the program becomes finalized. All conference events and activities are for employee participation only; entrance will not be permitted without a conference badge.
Meals
Meals included in the day are a continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments. Beverages and hors d'oeuvres will be served during the networking reception. Meals and beverages not listed on the agenda will be the responsibility of the attendee and may be submitted for reimbursement per company policy. All conference meals are for employee participation only.
Attire
Conference attire is business casual. The temperature in the meeting room will vary, and is usually cooler than most prefer, it is recommended that you bring a sweater or light jacket. Dallas area weather is typically in the 60s during the day and 40s during the evening.
Conference Invitee Guidelines
The goal of ALC is to share and update company leaders of the state of our airline and our industry, and is structured so that leaders can share the presentation and information with their teams. Invitees include people managers in our company:
- Level 5 and above
- Levels 1 - 4 who have direct reports
- Check Airmen
- Senior level employees at our wholly owned subsidiaries
- AA Credit Union leadership
- Those that each divisional Officer determined would benefit by attending.
