
Q. Do we have to purchase tickets for the event?
A. No. This is a company sponsored event and the tickets are free. The tickets you receive are for both, the park entrance and the picnic at the pavilions.
Q. Is parking free for Cox employees?
A. Yes, as long as you display the Cox parking pass on your dashboard when going through the park gate. There is a link to print the parking pass on the confirmation email you receive after registering for the event. Parking passes will not be available at the Cox booths the day of the event. The pass is only valid for the day of the event.
Q. Can tickets be picked up outside the Cox booth times?
A. No. Tickets are only available while the Cox booths are open, on the West Side Entrance, between 11am and 2pm.
Q. Can I get the tickets before the event?
A. No. Cox event tickets are only available at the Cox booths on the day of the event. They are not available to print or pick up before the event.
Q. Is the event open to all Cox employees?
A. This is a corporate campus event. The event is open to full and part-time Atlanta corporate campus employees of Cox Enterprises - 6205, Cox Communications - 6305 & Lake Hearn, Cox Media Group - 6205 and Manheim - 6325. Contractors do not qualify.
Q. What are the actual event times?
A. Park is open from 11am – 11pm
Cox ticket booth hours: 11am – 2pm
Cox lunch and entertainment 12:30pm – 2:30pm
Cox picnic area (pavilions) hours: 12pm – 3pm
Q. Can I use my personal season passes for this event?
A. The Cox tickets are for both the park entrance and the Cox picnic. You need the Cox tickets to enter the pavilions where the Cox picnic is held. You may use your season tickets to bring other guests into the park; however, only those with the Cox tickets are allowed in the pavilion area.
