Q1. What is included in my chalet sponsor package?
A1. Title, Chalet Village and Employe Lodge packages include: tent, chairs, vinyl table covers, restroom facilities and attendants. Catering is not included.
Q2. How do I arrange for catering?
A2. Contact Melanie Parker at Spectrum Catering 281-363-0900 ext. 209. Spectrum has available several hospitalty packages to customize your catering needs.
Q3. Can I decorate our chalet?
A3. Yes, each chalet sponsor is allowed to decorate their chalet as long as the decor stays within the confined area of their individual chalet.
Q4. Can I arrange for decor through a vendor?
A4. Yes, decor or upgrades to your chalet can be coordinated through Melanie Parker at Spectrum Catering 281-363-0900 ext. 209.
Q5. Can I place signs along the fence line of our chalet?
A5. Yes, signage can be placed along the fence line as long as the signage is positioned on the inside of your chalet.
Exhibitors
Q1. What is included in my exhibit space purchase?
A1. Exhibit space purchase includes ramp space only and does not include tent, tables, chair, signage, etc.
Q2. How can I coordinate rentals such as tent, tables, chairs, generators, etc.?
A2. Make reservation through registration site.
Q3. Do I have to coordinate rentals through event?
A3. Yes. This is to limit the number of vendors and activity on the ramp and to allow event to oversee timely delivery of rental items.
Q4. When can I set up my exhibit?
A4. Exhibit set up is Friday, October 5 from 12 PM - 6 PM.
Q5. Do I have to order water barrels?
A5. No, but we strongly recommend that you rent water barrels or bring heavy weights to weigh down your tent. It can become very windy on the ramp so we recommend weights to tie down your tent.
Q6. Do you have a ladder available onsite to borrow?
A6. No, you must bring your own ladder or any other set up equipment you may need.
Q7. Is lunch provided?
A7. No, lunch is not provided. Food concessions are available onsite throughout the ramp.
Q8. Is internet access available on the ramp?
A8. No.
Q9. Is there landline access on the ramp?
A9. No.
