Q: How far away is the airport from the hotel?
A: The hotel is approximately 20 minutes from Miami International Airport and 35 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

Q: Do you have a shuttle?
A: We do not have a hotel shuttle; however our Concierge department can assist you in making transportation reservations.

Q: What is the best means of transportation to and from the airport?
A: The best way to get to and from the airport is via taxi or car service. Car Service can be arranged by contacting our Concierge Department and yellow cabs are available outside both Miami International Airport and Fort Lauderdale/Hollywood International Airport.

Q: Can I walk to Lincoln Road and Ocean Drive from the hotel?

Q: Do you have internet access?
A: We have WiFi available throughout the hotel. Complimentary access is located in the Lobby and Hemisphere Lounge.

Q: Where is the best shopping in the area?

Q: How much is parking?
A: Valet parking is $37 Overnight; $27 Daytime. There is also self parking available in a public garage directly across the street from the hotel at an hourly rate. Please note the rates are subject to change.

A: We have Elemis Spa and Fitness Center on site with a variety of treatment options and fitness classes available daily. Please contact the spa for more information.

Q: Where can I print a boarding pass?
A: You can print your boarding pass at our self printing station next to the Concierge Desk in the lobby.

From Miami International Airport to Loews Hotel:

Follow airport signs to Le Jeune Road South (NW 42nd Avenue)

Take Le Jeune Road to SR-836 East (Dolphin Expressway)

Travel on SR-836 East, through the toll plaza until I-395 East

Continue on I-395 towards Miami Beach (MacArthur Causeway)

Stay on the left hand side and exit on Alton Road North

Continue on Alton Road and turn right on 16th Street 

 

From Fort Lauderdale International Airport to Loews Hotel:

Follow airport signs to I-595 West

Take I-595 to I-95 South

Continue until I-195 East

Travel on I-195 and take Julia Tuttle Causeway East

Stay in the far-right lane and take Alton Road South Exit

Continue on Alton Road and turn left on 16th Street
