Overview of the Tradeshow
Goodwill’s annual tradeshow is dedicated to showcasing existing and potential GII strategic alliances to an audience of Goodwill employees in the retail, marketing, contracts, business development, information technology and finance disciplines. Goodwill Members from more than 150 independent Goodwill agencies, who represent more than 2,300 Goodwill retail stores in the United States and Canada, are scheduled to attend.
  

New this Year:

  • All day exhibit and networking hours from 7.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m
  • Pre-tradeshow networking (breakfast) between 7.00 a.m. and 9.00 a.m
  • Post tradeshow networking (reception) between 4.30 p.m. to 6.00 p.m
  • A variety of sponsorship opportunities for every budget
  • 10-by-10-foot booths for increased demonstration purposes

Exhbitor Benefits
Each 10-by-10-foot booth reserved includes:
 One (1) skirted 6’ by 2’ table
 One (1) booth identification sign
 Two (2) side chairs
 Two (2) “Exhibit Hall Only” badges
 One (1) waste basket with liner
 Listing in the conference program
 Listing on tradeshow hall signage
 Booths have 8’ high back walls and 3’ high side dividers.

Note:Vendors are responsible for computer hook-ups, video equipment and/or connection, and storage space for materials at an additional cost. Vendors will be able to work with the GII contracted exhibitor decorator for details. See terms and conditions .

Reservation Deadline
Exhibit registration will close on June 30, 2011.
NOTE:
There will be no on-site registration.Within two weeks of registration, you will receive a service manual with exhibitor information.

Cancellation Policy 
Written cancellations received before June 30, 2011, will be honored with a full refund, less $150 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after June 30

1.When will Goodwill staff attendees be coming into Milwaukee? 
         Conference attendees will arrive on Sunday, August 14.
2.Does the $1,500 booth fee include ability to post on the Member Marketplace?
         No. Use of the Member Marketplace costs $1,200 per year.
3.Can vendors request a specific booth number? 
         No. GII events will assign booths.
4.Can exhibitors give away prizes?
         Yes. We encourage you to coordinate prizes with the strategic sourcing team.
