Guest for Reception	$75 per person
Registration fees include meals for the attendee only. If you have a guest joining you, an additional fee has been established to cover the cost of their meal. Please make this selection when you register. A badge will be issued to any guests registered for meals. Guests without a badge may not participate in group meals. All on-site registration will incur a $25 additional fee. Register early to avoid this charge. All on-site registration fees must be paid by credit card or check payable to SCPMG. Cash will not be accepted. Children are not permitted in the meeting and conference meal functions. CANCELLATION/REFUNDS There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to scaleventquestions@kp.org by September 5, 2019. There will be no refunds after this date.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Register by August 12, 2019 before the fees go up. After this date registration will be automatically processed at the additional fee on-site only.
