Cancun International Airport Arrival Procedure

Please carefully read the following arrival procedures:

1. After departing the airplane, walk to the right side toward the stairs with a sign indicating Immigration & Customs.
2. Please have all official documents in hand (Migratory forms for Foreign Tourist, Customs Declaration for travelers and Passport).

• If you are traveling with family members, only one form of each is needed.
• If you are traveling alone, please have all forms indicated filled out entirely.
• Please retain these completed forms and store them in a secure location as you will need them to leave Mexico.
  

3. Present official documents to the Immigration Officer.
4. After documents have been accepted, proceed to the designated carousel indicated on the video monitor in order to collect luggage.
5. Please keep luggage claim tickets available for verification by airport security.
6. Proceed to Custom Authorities. Please present Customs Declaration form. The Customs Agent will ask you to push a button which will indicate a green or red light.

• Green means you can proceed.
• Red means that Customs Agents need to inspect your luggage.

7. After clearing Customs, proceed to the outside double crystal doors and look for an International Incentive Travel (IIT) representative holding a sign that says PHH Mortgage.
8. You will see many Information signs such as: Tourist information, Transportation services, Travel assistance, car rentals and so on. These signs are for the general public and do not apply to you. The representatives in this area are in fact time share representatives who will invite you to visit their properties. In order to expedite your transportation to the hotel, please avoid them.
