All hotel reservations will be handled by PHH Event Marketing. Please make any changes (pre and post nights) to your reservation through PHH as well. It is not recommended to contact the hotel directly as this may result in higher room rate charges which will not be reimbursed by PHH.

PHH will be responsible for four nights - Monday, April 11 through Thursday, April 14 at the hotel. If you plan on staying additional nights, the room rate is as follows:
- $517.00 USD per room/per night all-inclusive rate (double occupancy)
- $199.50 USD per room/per night non-inclusive rate
- Maximum of 4 adults in each room

Please note: If you do not have a credit card you will be required to provide a cash deposit equal to $50 per night for each night you are staying at the hotel based on double occupancy of your room. If you have children or additional guests the required deposit will be higher. This amount will go towards any expenses for items not provided by PHH during your stay. When you check out at the end of your stay, all unused funds from your deposit will be reimbursed to you in PESOS. If you do not have a credit card, we do not recommend presenting a debit card as an alternative. This would require that a hold be placed on the actual funds in your bank account and it could take up to two weeks for those funds to be released depending on your bank’s policies.
