Note: These attendee fees are applicable to customers. Vendors will receive a set number of passes based on the sponsorship package they select; if a vendor would like to purchase additional passes, the cost will be at the prices listed above.

What’s Included in the Attendee Fee

Conference Pass (including Early Bird rate):

• Transfers to/from the airport and hotel with luggage handling on group dates
• Three nights at JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa
• Entry into conference on all dates
• All meals
• Taxes, tips and gratuities connected with the items above

Day Pass:

• Round-trip air transportation to Phoenix, Arizona
• Entry into conference on Thursday, January 19
• All meals on the day of attendance
• Transfers to/from the airport and group hotel/conference center on group dates
• Parking voucher for the JW Marriott Scottsdale Camelback Inn Resort & Spa
