Dr. C. Rayappa graduated from Madras Medical College, Chennai, India in 1982. He completed his post-graduation in Otolaryngology (ENT) from the same institution and had his advanced training at Sunderland General Hospital, U.K. from 1987 to 1992.

He qualified to become a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons [FRCS] of Edinburgh in 1989. Under the guidance of Mr. Peter Samuel, Mr. Ian Mackee, Mr. S.S.Pillai & Mr. Ian Hopper he gained practical experience in Micro Ear Surgery, Functional Endoscopic Sinus Surgery and Head & Neck Tumour Surgery. He visited many leading centers in Europe and USA learning the finer aspect of skull base surgery, including, Prof. Ugo Fisch of University of Zurich, Switzerland, who is a pioneer in lateral skull base surgery. From 1992 to 1994 he worked at King Faisal Specialist Hospital in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia which is a tertiary care hospital that specializes in Head & Neck Tumour Surgery and skull base surgery.

Dr. C. Rayappa started the Department of ENT - Head & Neck and Skull Base Surgery at Apollo Speciality Hospital, Chennai, India, in 1995. His multidisciplinary team which includes Radiation Oncologist, Medical Oncologist, Neurosurgeons, Plastic & Reconstructive surgeons, Maxillofacial prosthodontists - work together to develop treatment plans using the latest technology and the most advanced surgical techniques and therapies for patients with head & neck cancer and skull base tumor’s. Continued efforts of the team to improve the quality of care has made this unit one of the best in head & neck tumor surgery and skull base surgery in the Indian Subcontinent.

Minimally invasive endoscopic skull base surgery through the nose without a skin incision is being done by Dr. C. Rayappa since 1997 for conditions like pituitary adenoma, clival chordoma, meningocoele (herniation of brain and its covering into the nose) and CSF leak (all of which earlier needed opening of the skull for access).

Dr PK Agarwal has more than 35 years of experience in the field of orthopedic surgery. He was employed with Indian Air Force as Orthopedic surgeon for 27 years and then worked for 3 years in a hospital in Dubai before joining NMC hospital.

He has obtained double masters degree, MS Orthopedics and MS General Surgery from India. Thereafter he has obtained foreign fellowships during which he was trained for joint replacement in a renowned centre in New York (USA), Spine surgery in UK and Trauma in Germany. He has done AO basic, advance, masters courses and also AO Fellowship from Germany.

During his vast experience he worked as Professor and Senior Adviser in the department of Orthopedics, Armed Forces Medical College & affiliated Command Hospital, Pune, India (ranked in top two in the country after AIIMS, New Delhi by ‘India Today’ & ‘Outlook’ magazines for past several years). He has been regularly performing all kinds of trauma surgeries of limbs, arthroscopic surgeries and joint replacements of knee, hip and finger joints.

He has been recognized teacher in Orthopedics for MBBS, MS and DNB students and also examiner for various universities in India and DNB. He has guided many orthopedic surgeons during their MS in India.

He started joint replacement centre at Command hospital, Air Force, Bangalore, performed first time finger joint replacements in the state of Karnataka and set up state of art artificial limb centre in Bangalore for which he was awarded Chief of Air Staff commendation.

He has several research publications and paper presentations to his credit.

Dr Alrawi is currently the Director of all Surgical Oncology Services at Alzahra Cancer Center in the Heart of Dubai and its  tertiary referral cancer center for all UAE, hosting highly specialized surgical oncology subspecialties, including  Colorectal, Breast oncology, Head & Neck Surgery, Urology, Gynecological Oncology, Sarcoma/ Melanoma and Peritoneal surface malignancy, in addition to pancreatic and hepatic surgery.DR Alrawi currently was the Chief of Surgical Oncology Divison at Tawam Hospital and was the interim chair of department of surgery from October 2013-September 2015. Tawam Hospital is affiliated with JOHN HOPKINS Medical System.Dr Alrawi major interest is Gastrointestinal Oncology, including Esophageal, Gastric, Pancreas, Liver and colonic surgery with special interest in endocrine surgery including thyroid , parathyroid and adrenal surgery,

Sadir Alrawi, was the Chief of the Surgical Oncology Program at Comprehensive Cancer Center of 21st Century in Jacksonville, Florida from 2008- 2013.Prior to that, Dr. Alrawi was an assistant professor in the Department of Surgery/Division of Surgical Oncology at University of Florida, Jacksonville. Dr Alrawi trained in various Academic institutes in Surgical Oncology all over including Roswell Park, Cancer institute, Buffalo, Royal Free Hospital, UC of London and Ninewells Hospital, U of Dundee 

Dr. Alrawi, who is American board certified, completed his Head & Neck fellowship and Surgical Oncology fellowship at Roswell Park Cancer institute (NCI) designated in 2006. Dr Alrawi did advanced Laparoscpic oncology training with Professor Alfred Cuschieri in Dundee 1992-1993, advanced colorectal oncology training with E Lloyd Davis in Cornwall, England 1993-1995 and advanced surgical oncology with Professor Marc Winslett, London 1995-1996.

He has received many academic and scholarly honors while in training and during his clinical practice years, and is an often-invited speaker at both public and professional meetings dedicate to helping education with cancer management.Dr. Alrawi has been involved in numerous research activities throughout his career in an effort to improve our understanding of cancer early diagnosis and multidispilinary approach.In his 28 year experience of Surgical Oncology, Dr Alrawi was able to publish more than 40 papers in per reviewed journals and more than 150 presentations in local, national and international meetings both in clinical and basic sciences. 

Dr. Alrawi is passionate about community outreach, and fervently believes that cancer care and health awareness, coupled with excellence in cancer diagnosis and treatment handled in multidisplinary approach by specialized team, can and will continue to save lives.

Dr. K N Krishna, is an eminent & well known Brain and Spine surgeon. He is recognized for establishing Neurosurgical departments in both medical colleges and corporate Hospitals in the city of Bangalore. Expert in Microsurgery of Brain and spinal cord tumors, Microsurgery of Aneurysm and AV Malformations, Congenital Cranial and Spinal Deformities, Hydrocephalus, Microsurgery for Lumbar and cervical disc disease(Fusion and disc replacement),Minimally invasive and Non operative treatment of cervical and Lumbar spondylosis.
