The resort is ideally located on beautiful Maui (the Valley Isle) beside Wailea Beach on the southwest shore of Maui and sits on 40 acres of lush tropical gardens. You will find endless activities and fun adventures to choose from in addition to tranquil rest and relaxation.

HOTEL RESERVATIONS:
A special room rate is being offered to guests attending our symposium. To make room reservations, please register to attend the symposium first, then you will receive an email registration confirmation with instructions and information for booking your room.

Reservations must be made prior to May 28, 2018, 5:00pm. Reservations received after this date will be accepted on a space available basis only and may be at a higher rate.

Must be registered for the symposium to be eligible for negotiated group sleeping room rates. Current published rates start at $599 and up.

GRAND WAILEA HOTEL REQUIREMENTS & POLICY WHEN BOOKING HOTEL STAY:
-A deposit will be required which is equal to the first and last night of the reservation.
-Deposits are refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
-All cancellations or date changes received within 30 days of the arrival date are subject to forfeiture of the deposit.
-The special rate will be honored 3 days pre/post of the official conference dates based on space and rate availability.
-Rollaway beds are available at $30 plus tax per night.
-Connecting rooms may be available to confirm with a connecting fee of $50 plus tax per set per night.
-All Hilton Honors point redemption reservations will need to be made with HHonors at 800-HHONORS and a room move may be required.

All travel to the Kaiser Permanente General & Vascular Surgery/GI/IR National Symposium is at the individual attendee's expense. • AIRPORT: Kahului Airport (OGG) - the Grand Wailea is 17 miles, approximately 35 minute drive
• SPEEDI SHUTTLE: SpeediShuttle provides shared ride airport transportation in Mercedes shuttles at a per person rate of $23.33 one way, $46.66 round trip between OGG the Grand Wailea.
