Physicians - The Southern California Permanente Medical Group is accredited by the Institute for Medical Quality/California Medical Association (IMQ/CMA) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The Southern California Permanente Medical Group designates this live educational activity for a maximum of 6.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.™ Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
Nurses and Physician Assistants – Attendees may report up to 6.00 hours toward continuing education requirements for license renewal. ‘CME’ can be written in lieu of the provider number on all licensure renewal applications.
Registered Dieticians: RD’s and RN’s will be provided a certificate of attendance upon completion and submission of the Program Evaluation,. It is the RD's responsibility to track and obtain the CEU credits through their personal Professional Development process.
