The Consumerisation of IT has led to User Experience becoming an important focus for business software. Users are more and more expecting the same experience when using software at work and home. This session, divided into sections about strategy, technology & support, will give you an overview of what existing options you have to improve the user experience in your SAP landscape. The strategy section will cover the general User Experience direction SAP is taking and why it is important for you to develop your own UX strategy as well. When talking about technology, we will look at what offerings you already have access to from SAP. This will include introductions to SAP Fiori®, Screen Personas as well as how mobile services on the HANA Cloud Platform can add additional value. In the last part we will focus on how Enterprise Support can assist you on your User Experience journey. This will include looking at how the Enterprise Support Value Map “SAP Fiori® & Digital Platform” can support you at any stage of your projects and also explain the purpose of the Enterprise Support Advisory Council (ESAC) program
