Application Process

Thank you for your interest in the IHG Americas Sales Chicago Roadshow.  


This Roadshow will have a two-step application/registration process.  The first step is to indicate your interest to attend by completing an application through this website (click the "New Application" button in the right column).  You will receive an update within 48 hours notifying you if you have been selected to participate.  At that time, if your application is confirmed, you will be able to complete the registration process, add a guest to your registration if you desire and schedule your 1:1 Appointments with Key Account Directors.  You will also receive the hotel booking link for the group rate once approved.


IHG Account Directors with accounts from the feeder markets below will be present at this Roadshow.  If accounts in these areas are important to your hotel, then we encourage you to apply to attend.

Event Summary
Americas Sales "on the road" program is designed to bring together on property sales teams and IHG key account sales teams to network, collaborate, and drive revenue generating opportunities to IHG hotels from our key accounts.  This two-day event will include general sessions and educational workshop rotations, a trade show and networking event, and a full day of 1:1 appointments conducted between our key account team members and participating hotels.

Application Deadline
Applications submitted will receive notification of approval within 48 hours.
Cost to Hotel Attendees
The cost of registration is $325, and we are able to accommodate up to two attendees per hotel. The cost for the second attendee is $100. Space is limited. 

IHG will bill the hotel directly; within 60 days of the event occurring.

Attendees are able to register one additional attendee.  Both attendees must have the same 1:1 Appointment Schedule.
