What’s included?

All team packages of 10 or more paid registrations include:

  • One Meeting Room any time on Monday (May 22nd)
    • Peak days (Tuesday through Friday) and/or additional meeting room requests are available for an added fee, pending availability.

    • Meeting requests for Thursday afternoon with a start time of 1:00 p.m. or later will receive a 50% discount, if the request is submitted and paid for by Friday, March 31st at 3:00 p.m. CST, pending availability.

  • Team Packet including an insight tool demonstrating the value of your company’s investment, a scheduling tool and session guide, session discussion questions, team-building activity suggestions and an “Explore the Gaylord National” pick-list, giving an exclusive look at things to do at DC’s only waterfront resort.

Teams with fewer than 10 paid registrants have the option to reserve this room package for $600, pending availability.
