Cancellation Policy for Registration: Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2017. Registration and attendance at, or participation in AGD 2017 and other associated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit the Academy of General Dentistry to the use and the distribution of the registrant or attendee's image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and in any media, now or hereafter contemplated, in perpetuity, in the sole discretion of the AGD.

Regular registration closes June 30, 2016 at 5 p.m. CDT.

Education Courses: Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 5 p.m. CDT June 13, 2017. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Please email requests to courses@agd.org, or fax to 312.440.0513 (Attn: AGD 2017 Courses).
