- How do I register for the CCMEP trainings? Registration for the CCMEP training components will occur using the online registration system.
- Is there a cost to attend the trainings? There is not a fee to attend the trainings.
- How many days in advance do I need to cancel if I am unable to attend? 5 days in advance
- Why do I not see one of the trainings listed that was listed before? Trainings are closed 4 days in advance of the date in order to allow for the correct number of materials, registration sheets, etc. be sent to the trainers.
- Can I edit my registration once it has been submitted and confirmed? Once you have submitted your registration and receive a confirmation email you will need to contact Garrison and Associates at 614.273.1400 or mark@garrisonandassociates.com in order to change the date of the training you wish to attend or modify your information.
- Do I have to attend all 3 training components on consecutive days? While you do not have to attend all 3 training components in a row it is highly recommended that you try to in order to prevent confusion regarding locations, etc.
- What happens if my registration times-out while I am registering? If your registration times-out you will need to email support@garrisonevents.com or call 614-273-1400 to have the registration reset. The reason for this is because the system prevents duplicate registrations. If you try registering and you receive an error that your email address has already been used that means you are already registered in the system.
- How many CEU's can I receive? Each training component has been approved for 5.5 hours of social work CEU's through the OHSTS Training Program, a provider with the Ohio Counselor, Social Work, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board #RCS091301.
Helpful Tips To Make Registration Easy
- Anything that is bolded or marked with a * is required to be completed to move forward in the registration process.
- Before starting your online registration we recommend that you review the dates you would like to attend each component and select it ahead so when you are asked to do so in the registration system you already know which dates you are registering to attend.
- Only select one (1) date/location from each component. Selecting multiple dates or not choosing a date from each component will result in a registration error.
- If you do not receive an email confirmation within 48 hours after registering online please check your spam folder first and if there is not one in it please email support@garrisonevents.com or call 614.273.1400
- Do not register multiple times using different email addresses.
