Lindsey Ogilvie Lindsey is an associate in the family law team at Turcan Connell. Lindsey has a wide-ranging experience of contentious and non-contentious cases and handles a range of issues in the Sheriff Courts throughout Scotland and the Court of Session in Edinburgh. Lately she has acted in cases involving complex farming partnerships, and valuable cohabitation claims. She acts on behalf of client's negotiating financial provision following separation with negotiations conducted both within and outside the Court process. Lindsey is recognised particularly for the sympathetic and fair approach that she takes to child-related matters including residence disputes within the UK and those involving one parent's wish to relocate outwith the UK. She has a special interest in cases where parties' wish to adopt a child. Lindsey graduated with an LLB (Hons) degree from the University of Strathclyde before working at the European Commission in Brussels. | |
