We look forward to welcoming you to our annual "Life Buoy for MS" Luncheon and Charity Auction on Fri 10 June 2016 at the Lower NZI Room, Aotea Centre, Mayoral Drive, Auckland.  Please select from the following ticket options:

      Table of 10 $1600.00 each table
   Individual Seat $165.00 each seat

Each ticket includes pre-function drinks & nibbles, a three course lunch and beverages.  Ticket cost includes a non-refundable per person event registration fee and GST.


Booking Tickets/ Guest information
Please use the button on the right hand side to purchase your table or seat.
You will be asked to supply any dietary requirements at this time. Please leave blank if there are none.  (Please note that all dietary requirements are needed 2 weeks prior to the event by the caterer.)

We will need all guest names prior to the event for the auction registration and seating plan. 

      Purchasing A Table Or Multiple Tables
  • If purchasing one table, please complete the details as requested. You will automatically be allocated 10 seats. You may enter the names of your guests at the time of purchase or at a later date using the 'Update Your Ticket/s' button.
  • If you are purchasing more than one table, please complete  the process above once. For additional tables, please revisit the 'Purchase a Ticket' button and complete the process again. Please use a number after your surname for any subsequent bookings e.g. Brown2, Brown3. You will automatically be allocated 10 seats for each booking. You may enter the names of your guests at the time of purchase or at a later date using the 'Update Your Ticket/s' button.
       Purchasing Individual Or Multiple Individual Tickets
  • If you are purchasing individual or multiple individual tickets, simply enter the guest names in each of the name fields as directed.  If you don't know who will be joining you straight away, simply use your own name with a digit afterwards (eg. Bob Smith/ Bob Smith2).  You can amend your guest names at a later date by using the "Update Your Ticket/s" button.
If you encounter difficulties during the ticket purchase process, please email Nina at bigday@xtra.co.nz with all your requirements/ details. We will contact you to confirm your booking.


Cancellation
A non- refundable booking fee of $9.20 inc GST per person will apply to all bookings.  From the date of booking to 31 days prior to the event, a 50% refund of the balance cost will be available.  Within 30 days prior to the event, no refund will be available, however we are happy to substitute names in any booking. 

If you are unable to attend, but would like to donate the cost of your seat/table to MS Auckland, please email Kirsty on  events@msakl.org.nz  with your cancellation notification and instructions.


Privacy Policy
In submitting this form, I agree to my details being used for the purposes of future MS Auckland events. The information will only be accessed by necessary event staff. I understand my data will be held securely and will not be distributed to third parties, unless specifically requested for the purposes of the event  (e.g. dietary requests being passed to caterers for this event). I have a right to change or access my information.  

Payment
Clients can elect to be invoiced for all/ part of the event (invoices must be paid in full prior to the start of the event) or you can elect to pay by credit card.

All transactions are in New Zealand dollars (NZD$).

    Either Master Card or Visa is accepted
    A 4% transaction fee is added to all credit card payments.  (Please note that MS Auckland is using a registration site belonging to their event managers Big Day Ltd.  Therefore, Big Day Ltd name will appear on your credit card transaction receipt, not MS Auckland.)
