Transportation The Crowne Plaza Hotel does NOT provide airport shuttle. Please plan accordingly. We suggest reserving the GO Yellow Checker Shuttle. The advanced purchase rate is $32 round trip ($16 each way) Recommended Arrivals & Departures Please look for recommended days based on your level of sponsorship. Platinum: Your suggested arrival date is morning of Thursday, April 28th. Your presentation will happen on Thursday, April 28th (due to Dean Fortune via email by April 18th) . The Crawfish Boil event will be on Friday, April 29th from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm. Gold: Your suggested arrival date is Friday, April 29th by 10:00am for tabletop set-up. The Crawfish Boil event will begin that day at 11:00am, concluding at 4:00pm sharp. |
