Registration Steps

Register online: It's fast and easy!


1. Click on "New Registration" to start the registration process

2a. If you are an ONPHA member, enter the email ONPHA has on file for you click “Login.” Our membership system will automatically pull up your contact information.

2b. If you are NOT an ONPHA member, call or email conference team to obtain a non-member record. 1-800-297-6660 or conference@onpha.org.

3. Select a registration option.

4. You will be prompted to enter your information. If you logged in as an ONPHA member, some of these fields will be automatically populated with your data.

5. Select “Education Day” course(s) if interested. Note that additional fees will apply.

6. Select your conference sessions (Friday and Saturday).

7. Select options for your guest(s) if you are bringing any.

8. After you are done registering your guests, you will have the option to register other delegates (your colleagues, tenants or board members).

8a. If you are not registering other delegates, click on "Complete Registration" to proceed.

8b. If you want to register other delegate(s), please read the instructions at the top of the same page carefully. You will then be prompted to complete steps 1-7 for them.

When you return to this page, the other registered delegate(s) will appear under your name. You may continue registering more delegates, or click on "Complete Registration" to proceed.

9. If you selected a registration option with banquet, you will see an interactive seating chart. Follow the instructions at the top of the same page to select your preferred banquet seat.

10. Make your payment.You can choose the invoice method if you are an ONPHA member. You will receive your registration record after you complete payment.
