Eligibility
The Ontario Non-Profit Housing Association's (ONPHA) Giveaway is open only to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who are over the age of 13 in their province/territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, and agents of (ONPHA) as well as the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) and those living in the same household of such employees, representatives, and agents are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter
Online: For one (1) entry, register for the 2016 ONPHA Conference and Trade Show (Conference) via the online registration portal. Limit one (1) entry per person, per "Draw Period". To be eligible for the drawing, entrant must complete entry before 11:59 PM EST on the final day of the applicable giveaway. Upon submission of your entry you will be automatically entered in ONPHA's Giveaway for the day in which your entry is received, subject to the qualification in the preceding sentence. The personal information provided by entrants will only be used for the purpose of administration of the contest, registration for the Conference and publicly promoting the Contest. By accepting the prize the winner grants ONPHA the right to use limited personal information (i.e., first and last name, organizational name, city) and entry for purposes of advertising and promotion without further notice of compensation, except where prohibited by law.

Print: For one (1) entry, register for the Conference by mailing a complete printed registration form along with payment of registration fees (download form from our Online Registration Guide). Limit one (1) entry per person, per "Draw Period". To be eligible for the drawing, entrant must complete entry before 11:59 PM EST on the final day of the applicable giveaway. Upon submission of your entry you will be automatically entered in ONPHA's Giveaway for the day in which your entry is received, subject to the qualification in the preceding sentence. The personal information provided by entrants will only be used for the purpose of administration of the contest, registration for the Conference and publicly promoting the Contest. Prize Draws
Seven (7) prizes will be available to be won on the one (1) draw date set out below. On the Draw Date a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the period of time ("Draw Period") corresponding with that Draw Date (see below) will be held. The first six entrants whose entry form is drawn on the Draw Date and who otherwise comply with these Contest Rules will be eligible to win a Prize. The chance of being selected will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Draw Period corresponding to the relevant Draw Date.

Prize and Approximate Value
There are a total of seven (7) prizes available to be won: One (1) voucher for two (2) to a Second City show (value $56); one (1) $50 gift card to O.Noir; four (4) tickets to Medieval Times (value $264); Tickets for two (2) to attend 11 attractions in Niagara Falls (value $250, valid anytime); and one (1) of three (3) hardcover copies of The Happiness Equation: Want Nothing + Do Anything = Have Everything by Neil Pasricha (value of $35 each). No cash substitutions, transfers of assignments or prizes allowed, except by ONPHA in case of unavailability or scheduling difficulty, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded. There is a limit of one (1) prize per person during the Giveaway Period.

Confirmation of Potential Winners
ONPHA will make reasonable efforts to contact potential winners via email within one (1) business day following the date of the relevant drawing. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within the time specified above, does not correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, is not otherwise an eligible entrant, or does not otherwise comply with the Official Rules, he/she will not win any prize. In this event, the prize will be awarded to an alternate entrant, who will be selected from among the remaining eligible entries. Any alternate winner will have the same rights and obligations as the original winner. To claim a prize, a potential winner must comply with the Official Rules for this Giveaway.
