REGISTRATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations and amendments must be received in writing to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellations before Thursday 9th February 2017 will be accepted and fees refunded less $55.50 of the registration rate. Cancellations after Thursday 9th February 2017 will be at the conference organising committee's discretion. Substitute participants are welcome.

ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellation of accommodation must be made in writing directly to Alignment Event Solutions (isabella@alignmentevents.com.au). Cancellation of accommodation will be at the Hotel's discretion and cancellation penalties may be occur from 90 days from your arrival date. All attempts to waiver accommodation cancellation penalty fees will be made.
INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that participants take out their own general travel insurance. It is suggested that the insurance policy should also cover loss of fees/deposit, airfares, accommodation charges, medical expenses, loss or damage to personal property and repatriation expenses.
The insurance should cover loss arising from cancellation of the conference by the organiser or a person's inability to attend due to any reason whatsoever. No responsibility is taken by the conference managers for any person not holding insurance.
