In this 2-hour workshop we will dive into the New Age of Corporate Travel Management. How did we get here and what factors are impacting it such as the economy, technology, the new mobile travelers and the role of procurement in managed travel that has become the new norm. We will explore Travel 1.0 to 2.0 to Open Booking and what necessary skills are needed for today and for the future to be successful in your roles. We will share with participants what the road ahead looks like for this industry.
