Punta Espada is the first of three Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses to be developed at Cap Cana. Opened in November 2006 it is listed among the worlds finest, with the renowned GolfWeek publication ranking it as the "#1 Best Golf Course in the Caribbean and Mexico". Eight holes play along and over the sea. From all points of Punta Espada, golfers are blessed with extraordinary views of the Caribbean, where the sea contrasts against the emerald fairways and the perfect greens. Challenging stroke play and beauty are entwined in this outstanding par 72 course. Punta Espada hosted The Cap Cana Championship, a PGA Tour’s Champions Tour official event between 2008 – 2010. The annual tournament was televised internationally through the Golf Channel and obtained rave reviews from players and viewers. Fred Couples came out victorious in the 2010 edition shooting a final round 62 to beat Ryder Cup Captain Corey Pavin.

ZIP LINE ADVENTURE

Zip your way through the Dominican Mountains on the longest lines in the Caribbean! Just let yourself glide from platform to platform and swing through the air with a privileged bird’s eye view of the lush, tropical mountain. Our expert Canopy Guides will teach you all you need to know about the ride and the equipment. You will be transferred to the Welcome Center, where a safety briefing will be conducted until reaching the first platform, and then be ready to face the challenge of “flying” from one platform to another. You will be safely attached with climbing gear to the cables with the longest one being 800 meters long. Your adventure consists of 16 platforms and 12 Zip Lines including the 2 longest lines in the Dominican Republic and the Caribbean stretched across the length of the mountain range throughout 2 kilometers.
