It was no accident that you have arrived at this website; it’s not even published on the Partnership Travel Consulting Website.  You were personally invited by PTC to attend the industry’s most intimate event to allow you to roll up your sleeves and hold nothing back!

PTC opened our doors in 2001, and that November we hosted our first PTC CTD Conference. We are excited to be celebrating our 15th year, and are returning to the Sonoma Mission Inn where we held our first event!

What makes this event unique (besides not being advertised) is that unlike most industry gatherings, the Buyers dramatically outnumber the Suppliers, and it is by-invitation-only!  In order to increase the value to our Buyer participants, we have intentionally focused our invitations towards companies that have an 8-figure T&E spend, or higher (excluding pennies).

They focus on the highest impact issues in our industry today. And we’ve chosen the most knowledgeable industry executives — both Suppliers and Buyers — to connect with you about the challenges, strategies and opportunities you face in 2016 and beyond. Of course we will cover Airbnb, Uber, Marriott and who knows what else?

We will also have our unique, separate closed-door session entitled “Off the Record, On the Money.” In this dynamic setting, Buyers meet among themselves to delve into sensitive topics that are not able to be addressed during a general session or in “mixed company”.

In the spirit of Off the Record on the Money, we won’t publish company names on the website, nor do we provide attendee contact information; that’s done on-premise at the Event by engaging directly with one another. We chose a location that allows you to unwind in the evening but be able to focus on the business meetings during the day; and our Conference fees have been greatly subsidized by our Sponsors, and of course PTC.
