Route from JR Tokyo Station
Please head to the Marunouchi south exit. The Marunouchi Building will be opposite the exit.
Subway Marunouchi Line
There is only one ticket gate. Head to exit 4B which will lead to the meeting point

※In case of emergency (lost or delay of time) contact ＋81-80-5933-2096
※There will be one return shuttle transfer from the Hilton Narita to Tokyo after Networking Cocktail Reception and one after the Gala Dinner Reception on 7th June.
※Attendees who wish to return to Tokyo from Hilton Narita at any other time are kindly requested to make their own transport arrangements.
※Note there will not be a return shuttle on 8th June.
 
Haneda Airport to Hilton Tokyo 
  
※Delegates arriving into Tokyo Haneda Airport are advised to catch an Airport Limousine Bus from Haneda Airport to Narita Airport.

※From Narita Airport, there are shuttle bus services that go direct to the Hilton Narita Hotel.

※Delegates wishing to use the Airport Limousine Bus should purchase tickets from the Bus Ticketing Counter on the 2nd floor or the Bus Ticket Machine on the ground floor.
