	Dr. Mahesh Gopashetty Consultant Surgical Gastroenterology and Pediatric Muti-Organ (Abdominal) Transplant Surgeon Apollo Hospitals, India Dr. Mahesh Gopasetty completed his undergraduation and post graduation from Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, India. He was awarded Gold Medal for the best out going post graduate student in the department of general surgery in the year 2002. He worked in UK for three years and obtained MRCS qualification in the year 2007. He then moved on to USA to pursue training in transplantation. He completed abdominal multiorgan transplantation training from Medical University of south Carolina(MUSC) , Charleston(2008). In 2009 he moved to University of Pittsbourgh Medical Center (UPMC), Childrens Hospital of Pittsbourgh (CHP) to train in paediatric Multivisceral transplantation. Since 2010 he is working in Apollo Hospitals, Chennai as lead paediatric transplant surgeon.

	Dr. Monika Kaushal MBBS, MD (Paediatrics), DM (Neonatology), Fellowship RCPCH (UK) Consultant Neonatologist Zulekha Hospital Dr. Monika has more than 20 years of vast experience in the field of Paediatrics and Neonatology. Dr. Monika graduated from SN Medical College Jodhpur, obtained her MD in Paediatrics from PGIMER, Chandigarh and completed he DM in Neonatology from the prestigious All India Institute of Medical Science (AIIMS), Delhi. Later she upgraded her knowledge skill and degree by doing a fellowship in UK in 2009. She has been working as consultant neonatologist in Dubai for the past 9 years. She has upgraded the NICU to a 14-bedded tertiary level NICU, which was approved by DHA. She treats babies with severe asphyxia primary pulmonary hypertension, in born of metabolism, pneumonia, sever cardiac conditions, and other surgical neonatal conditions as well. Dr. Monika has expertise in point of care of critical neonates. She has expertise in doing cranial and abdominal ultrasound as well as functional echo for critically sick babies. She has been involved in teaching nurses and registrars, making protocols, building up the unit reputation across the city and other emirates as well. She has started a fellowship programme in neonatology for nurses and doctors. She is a NRP instructor involved in teaching nurses and doctors Neonatal resuscitation. Dr. Monika also has teaching experience during her service in hospitals like IGMC Simla as a Demonstrator, Senior Registrar in Neonatology at AIIMS Delhi & Senior / junior resident during Paediatrics in PGIMER Chandigarh. During the DM in Neonatology (AIIMS Delhi) Dr. Monika managed critically ill neonates in NICU, did procedures like Endotracheal Intubation, Mechanical Ventilation, Central Venous Catheterization, Arterial Cannulation, Lumbar Puncture, Intercostal Drain, Peritoneal Dialysis in neonates, Exchange Transfusion, Cranial USG. Dr. Monika assisted various procedures like Cardiac Catheterization, Balloon Atrial Septostomy, Management o postoperative critically ill neonates in Paediatric Surgery and Cardio Thoracic Surgery ICU. Since 2005 Dr. Monika has been associated with Zulekha Hospital, Dubai.

	Dr. Revathy Raj Pediatric Haematologist and BMT specialist Apollo Children’s Hospitals, Chennai, India I have been practicing as a consultant in this 500 bed private hospital in Chennai which is the largest healthcare provider in Asia. I help run the Paediatric leukaemia/ lymphoma service with one of the best outcomes in India (over 80% cure rates). It has an active Haematopoietic Stem Cell Transplantation unit of which I have been part of the paediatric service. I have performed 152 transplants in children with the first successful unrelated transplant in India. We have done the maximum number of peripheral blood stem cell harvesting in children in India (over 50) and cord blood transplantation (35). The BMT unit has helped cure over 50 children with thalassaemia. I have also been involved in conducting hospital CME meetings and nurse training programmes for chemotherapy administration and oncology care. I have made numerous presentations at local meetings on anaemia, bleeding diathesis and bone marrow transplantation. I help run the Fanconi Anaemia registry for India – REFAIN that helps collect data on children with Fanconi anaemia and provide supportive care. As a community outreach programme, I helped set up the Thalassaemia Welfare Association in Voluntary Health Services, Chennai. The centre helps care for over 200 patients with thalassaemia major who are given free blood transfusion, expert consultation and iron chelation therapy. I am the program director for the Fellowship programme conducted by the National Boards in Paediatric Haematology/Oncology for training yound doctors in this field

	Dr. Samaa El Abd MBBCh, MSc, MRCPsych Consultant Child, Adolescent and Family Developmental Neuropsychiatrist Cromwell Hospital, London, Al Das Medical Clinic, Palm Jumeirah and Keith Nicholl Medical Centre, Dubai DR. SAMAA EL ABD is a British Egyptian Child and Adolescent Consultant Neuropsychiatrist. She has worked as a consultant Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist since 1998 in the UK. She worked at St George’s Hospital London, Maudsley Hospital (South London and Maudsley NHS Trust(King’s College London) for 15 years and the Cromwell HospitalLondon for the last 15 years. At the South London and Maudsley NHS Trust, she had a particular responsibility for the management and the running of a community service for neurodevelopmental disorders. She has a special interest in the interaction between developmental and behavioral disorders and the use of psychopharmacology. Dr El Abd has also worked at the University of Cairo and the University of Zurich. Having trained and worked in the UK since 1985. Dr El Abd’s main emphasis is in empowering adults, maximizing the potential of children, adolescents and their parents - in particular those with special needs. She obtained the degrees of MSc (ped) and MRCPsych (London) and has completed her CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialist Training) in London. Dr El Abd has been leading in her role in developing psych education groups for parents and undertaking parenting training (empowering parents through implementing positive behavior management strategies to get the best behavior from their children and to help treat their behavior problems). Alongside her clinical career, she is a researcher and combines her academic skills with day-to-day clinical work. She lectures at both national and international conferences and has published widely. Dr Samaa El Abd has been involved in medical students teaching and the examinations at King’s College London and St George’s Hospital Medical School ( University of London). Dr El Abd has a passion for teaching and has been an approved trainer by the Royal College of Psychiatrists in the UK and has been in charge of training and mentoring many trainees child and adolescent psychiatrists. Dr El Abd is currently on the training committee of the Arab Board in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. Dr Samaa El Abd has a particular interest in teaching and has been an undergraduate and postgraduate teacher, trainer and supervisor of junior doctors.

He is currently the Head of the Department of Dermatology & Allergy, Al Noor Hospitals Group Plc., Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. Prior to this he served for over 5 years as Senior Consultant in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, a Cleveland Clinic facility in Abu Dhabi, and has over 30 years experience in academia and industry. He is German Board certified in Dermatology and Allergy, and Fellow of American Academy of Dermatology and European Academy of Dermatology & Venereology. Prof. Ruszczak presented over 460 lectures on national and international conferences, published over 125 peer-reviewed papers in international journals, and is the editor of the section “Pediatric Dermatology” in the Springer’s masterpiece “Textbook of Clinical Pediatrics” among others multiple book chapters. He serves as invited speaker and faculty member of The American Academy of Dermatology and The World Congress of Dermatology since many years. Being a former Medical Director and Head of R&D at a leading US biotechnology company, Prof. Ruszczak holds multiple world patents in biotechnology and local drug delivery systems. He is Visiting Professor and Consultant of Dermatology at the Rutgers University of New Jersey, Newark, NJ, USA. In January February 2016, Prof. Ruszczak was re-appointed for a position of the Head Of the Department of Dermatology, Pediatric Dermatology, Allergy and Wound Care at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City – Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi, the leading UAE Dermatology Center. Prof. Ruszczak main interest is in Skin Immunology, Pediatric Dermatology, Allergy, Wound Management and galenic formulation of drugs.
