IHG Americas Sales Tradeshow & Events Calendar 2017

The IHG Americas Sales team has compiled a preliminary list of industry trade shows and sales events that may be beneficial to your hotel. The Americas Sales team members will represent all IHG properties at the major industry tradeshows to maximize IHG exposure. The Sales Events designed for hotels to attend are regional Roadshows, BTA Refresher events & Segment Sales Symposiums.

INSTRUCTIONS:

Please click on the list of preliminary 2017 Americas Sales Tradeshows & Events Calendar where individual hotel participation may be available in the Americas Sales booth, based upon the number of participants allowed by the show management. If space is not available in the Americas Sales booth, you must participate on your own. We have included links to each organization's website and recommend that you visit their sites for further information.

For your planning & budgeting purposes, please review which tradeshows & sales events, with applicable fees, hotels might be interested in.

After you Request Participation, you will receive a response if you are selected to participate in the Americas Sales tradeshow booth. Please do not make any travel or hotel arrangements until you have been contacted & confirmed to attend an event.

Note: We are finalizing the dates of the Sales Events with "TBD" notices; however, we have provided the preliminary location and fees. Please continue to check back for updates.

HOW TO REQUEST PARTICIPATION FOR 2017
If you would like to be a participant at the tradeshows listed under the Tradeshows Calendar & Events tab and have submitted requests for participation in 2016, please click on the "Login" button. You may review and update any information previously provided and make participation selections for 2017.

If you did not use the portal to make selections in 2016, please select the "Request Participation" button.

You may login to your profile and participation selections at any time, by clicking the "Login" button.
