ONLINE REGISTRATION DEADLINE: August 21, 2016

Save $100 on your registration fee by staying within the official Fire-Rescue Canada housing block at the Delta St. John's.

Deadlines:

August 21, 2016 - Early registration deadline. Higher fees will apply after this date and on-site.
August 21, 2016 - Hotel reservation in Fire-Rescue Canada (FRC) room block deadline.
August 21, 2016 - Deadline for registration refunds (less processing fees)
September 21, 2016 - Deadline for online registrations (any registrations after this date can be done on-site)

Member and Non-Member Registration includes:
All sessions, access to the Tradeshow, all buffet breakfasts and lunches, refreshment breaks, Opening Ceremonies & Memorial Service, Welcome Reception, Fun Night, Tradeshow Reception and the Awards Gala.

Companion Registration includes:
Access to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday Companion Tours, Opening Ceremonies & Memorial Service, Welcome Reception, Fun Night, Tradeshow Reception and the Awards Gala.

Daily Registration includes:
Sessions of the day and access to the Vendors Gallery.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation of registration must be submitted in writing via email and must be dated on or before August 17, 2016 to receive a refund less a $100 registration cancellation processing fee. After August 17, 2016 no refunds will be granted. No refunds will be granted for no-shows.

REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTION POLICY

Replacement of a registered Fire-Rescue Canada attendee by a business colleague/co-worker will be accepted. A $50 processing fee will apply to all substitutions if notified in writing August 17, 2016. Original registrants registration will be refunded minus the processing fee and the new registrant must register as a new attendee to complete registration and housing. The new registrant must be named in the written notification and register before the original registrant is refunded. After August 17, 2016 no substitutions will be allowed, no refunds will be given and full cancellation charges will apply.
