This state of the industry presentation paints a picture of the challenges and opportunities that are likely to present themselves in the upcoming year. Valuable information is covered regarding the current state of the marketplace as well as proprietary research documenting the best practices employed by high growth agencies.

The Strategic Issues Group (SIG) Session can be described as an outside board of advisors. Each APPEX Partner is assigned to a SIG with up to 10 non-competing agencies and 2 facilitators. Agency owners who participate in the SIG share operating strategies in order to expand thinking, break paradigms and maximize learning from each other. The SIG is a think tank group, which is strategic in orientation and serves as a core peer group within which information can be exchanged, accountability implemented and improvement mandated.

The strength of your culture is everything when it comes to your ability to execute on strategic issues that impact your firm’s short- and long-term value. Join us for a 45 minute tour of Zappos’ new corporate headquarters in Downtown Las Vegas to get a glimpse of the Zappos culture and walk in the Zapponian's shoes. Say hello to some of the amazing culture-filled departments, such as HR and the Customer Loyalty Team (customer service). This tour includes transportation to and from the Zappos Headquarters and is strictly limited to 20 attendees.
