Katie Baker
Katie Baker is a qualified employment lawyer and Employee Relations specialist who has practised employment law for over 7 years. After 7 years in private practise, she currently works with a multinational pharmaceutical company advising on employee relations issues, including the TUPE legislation. Katie has tutored employment law at Edinburgh University and is ranked in Chambers UK 2015, 2014 and 2013.
 
Innes Clark

Innes Clark is head of Morton Fraser's employment law team. Innes is an accredited employment law specialist and advises both employers and employees on a wide range of employment law issues. Innes also lectures in employment law on the University of Edinburgh Diploma in Professional Legal Practice and is a chartered member of the CIPD.
 
Laura Ewart

Laura undertakes both contentious and non-contentious employment work for the NHS, which is the largest employer in Scotland.
