WHAT THE CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEE COVERS
The registration fee entitles delegates to:
- attend all conferences sessions
- access all conference publications
- conference satchel
- program and abstract book
- attend the Welcome Reception (on Sunday evening, 5.00 to 6.30pm)
- morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea
Day registrants will be able to attend either; Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday’s sessions.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Conference Secretariat.
- Cancellations made before 7 August 2016 will incur an AUD$100.00 cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made on or after the 8 August 2016 will not receive a refund of fees paid.
SOCIAL FUNCTIONS
Social events held during the conference will be an opportunity to establish contacts and network with others interested in advocating for the importance of infant mental health.
These events will include:
- Welcome Reception (included in fee): Sunday 25 September – 5.00 to 6.30pm
- Restaurant Night AUD $45-$60: Monday 26 September - 7.00 to 10.00pm
- Gala Dinner AUD $100 per person: Tuesday 27 September – 7.00 to 10.00pm
- Breakfast Session (included in fee): Wednesday 28 September - 7.30 to 8.45am
