Diversity and the Law in 2016: Advancing the Business Case for Diversity and Inclusion 

We are delighted to announce details of our Chambers Diversity Best Practice Seminar, in association with Baker Botts.

The seminar takes place on Wednesday, October 28, at the Yale Club, New York, USA

The event is free of charge for corporate counsel.

New York, 2 hours Ethics (transitional and non-transitional); California, 2 hours Elimination of Bias (participatory) will be offered. 

Building a diverse and inclusive workplace continues to be a paramount priority for corporations and law firms. As organizations have long since launched diversity and inclusion initiatives, there is currently a need to reexamine key roles & goals of these programs to ensure that they rise to the challenge of today’s global business landscape and remain relevant to business needs. This program will assess the effectiveness and impact of current diversity and inclusion initiatives and ways to leverage diversity to improve business and individual performance. Practical insights from male and female GC perspectives will help us frame our discussion.
