Developing and building a range of sustainable homes that started simply as an exercise in energy efficiency, Vince quickly learnt that sustainability is more about how people live in a home and connect with their surroundings rather than just straight build tech. This understanding has bought about the development of shared or co-housing as a focus as well as now doing community focused developments within Perth, Western Australia.THRIVE WGV is the latest project that has seen an accumulation of Vince’s experiences, research and ideas resulting in a genuinely sustainable community development.
