Accommodation
Hotel reservations should be requested directly to NC3A Conference Services. Please indicate your actual requirements on your completed Registration Form and provide full details of your Credit Card. This is required to guarantee hotel reservations and to allow the Conference Fee (if applicable) to be charged. Please ensure that all details of your Credit Card are fully legible.
Special Note: If you make your own hotel arrangements then you may not be entitled to the NC3A discounted rate.
Currency
Money changing faciliotes are not available at the Agency and you are strongly advised to bring Euros with you.
Dress Code
The dress for participants in this meeting is civilian clothers/military uniform.
Parking Restrictions
NC3A has a limited parking facility for visitors. Therefore, visitors will only be able to park inside or near the NC3A compound on a first come, first serve basis.
Restaurant
There is a restaurant facility available on a "pay-as-you go" basis
