EURO-EUS
 

Registrations for the 10th EURO EUS Congress are to be made online via the conference website. No registrations will be accepted by email, post or by phone.
Registration fees are based on the date of receipt of the registration. The prices indicated are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received before the deadlines above, otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied. 
Late registrations will close on April, 18 2013 at 18.00 (GMT + 1.00). On-site registrations will be available from April, 25 2013.

The conference registration fee includes: 
- admission to the congress sessions, poster areas and technical exhibition
- congress documents (final programme, abstracts books, congress bag)
- lunches and coffee breaks
- local VAT (19,6 % on registration fee). 

No badge that has not been paid before the congress will be given.


STUDENT REGISTRATION 
Once registered, students should provide by fax (+33 1 44 64 15 16) or by e-mail (euro-eus2013@clq-group.com) a valid student identification confirming their undergraduate student status 15 days after their registration and before March 1st, 2013, otherwise the higher registration fee will be applied.  

 
PAYMENT 
Payment by bank transfer must be done 15 days after the registration.
The possibility to use this mean of payment will close on April 11th 2013.  

Your credit card transaction will be processed through Colloquium Paris (EURO EUS Organizing Secretariat). Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate payment to "13-EURO-EUS - CLQ".
This mean of payment will be no longer available on April 18th 2013.


CONFIRMATION 
Receipt of your registration form and credit card payment will directly be acknowledged by e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation, please contact euro-eus2013@clq-group.com or call +33 1 44 64 15 15.
Exhibitor registrations will not be confirmed by email. Exhibitors will have access to their participants' list via their personal portal.


VAT 
French VAT is applicable on the registration fees (19,6 %). 

INVOICE 
Only digital version of invoices will be sent to participants. The invoice can be printed by the participant after the registration but cannot be changed after the payment, so please make sure you have provided us with the correct information (company name, address and VAT number, if applicable). In case of any enquiries, please contact euro-eus2013@clq-group.com.


CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing (e-mail or fax)  to:

• Before February, 28th: Reimbursement of 50% of the fees paid. With no payment received before cancellation, this amount will still remain due. 
• After March, 1st: No refund. With no payment received before that date, the total amount will still remain due to the Congress office.
All refunds will be issued after the congress.
 

NAME CHANGE
Registered participant who are unable to attend the congress will not have the possibility to nominate a substitute participant. Name changes will constitute a new registration.
