Registrations will be processed within 3 business days of receipt of form. Please note that a minimum of 3 registrants must be submitted and payment must be collected for all registrations at one time to qualify for group registration.

Note: You will be able to purchase tickets for pre-meetings and special events during registration for either the full Gathering or daily registration.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation of CSMG 2016 registration must be in writing and received by Thursday, December 31, 2015 to be eligible for a refund. Refund requests or questions should be directed to CSMG Registration at CSMG2016@ConferenceDirect.com or call (844) 293-7034.

A $50.00 administrative fee will be deducted in cases of refunds (or $20.00 if only for Pre-Meetings and Special Events). The 6% bank credit card/check processing fee will not be refunded. Refunds will processed within one week, and will be made to the credit card by which payment was made.
