PRICES:
$4,400 per person for delegates based on single or twin share accommodation - ground price only excluding airfares
$2,200 for accompanying person/delegate sharing same room as delegate - ground price only excluding airfares

INCLUSIONS:
• 13 day tour, based on the attached itinerary.
• Entrance fees included as stated in the itinerary.
• Accommodation in twin bedded rooms with private facilities based on First Class standard hotels (European Standard).
• Touring by a luxury air-conditioned coach with reclining seats.
• All hotel service charges, local taxes, baggage handling and hotel tips. Porterage of one suitcase only per person. (Porterage at airports is not included)
• Daily buffet breakfasts 6 hotel dinners and 2 highlight dinner as stated in the itinerary.
• Services of a professional, English speaking Trafalgar Tour Director and local guides.
• Trafalgar wallet included with documentation.
EXCLUSIONS
• Any airfares, costs for these are available separately
• Tips to Tour Directors, drivers and local guides
• Visas if required (not required for Australian and NZ passport holders)
NOTES:
• Single and triple rooms are limited, please advise if you require, or need any more than three
• A supplement charge applies to triple rooms bookings
• Costed on 2010 rates, will need to be re-quoted for 2011 once rates are available• All accommodation is entirely subject to availability at the time of booking. No space is being held; therefore if the quoted hotel is not available then alternative hotels will be booked
• Airport transfers are based on one group transfer. If individual or additional transfers are required then supplements will be applied
• Coach will be available during the drivers legal working hours to take group to/from their technical visits
• Tour Director will be able to take the groups to/from the venue’s they are visiting IF the coach is available for shopping etc for the spouses then they can use it. Otherwise they can assist with going on public transport – costs of which are not included
