Jim Wochele, Senior Sales Management Consultant, MarshBerry
There is no such thing as “ensuring success” for producers. Sometimes you will just plain miss when you hire a producer. But most of the time, producers and employees in general leave their jobs because of their managers and their failure to set expectations, provide enough time and resources to do their job, or give them enough training to be successful. This session will help simplify management’s responsibility of developing producers by placing them into a four-category typology and providing a model for training.

Andy Hall, Cyber Underwriter , CFC Underwriting, Ltd.
Patrick Costello, Vice President of Sales, Evolve MGA

Cyber Liability is possibly the hottest new coverage in the insurance industry. In this session the speakers will review the changes that have occurred in technology and the results of those changes. They will discuss cyber exposure and industry-specific breaches as well as the cost of those breaches. Finally, they will show partners how to protect their clients with Cyber Liability Coverage and discuss the various coverages that can be included in a Cyber Liability Policy.

Nick Kormos, Vice President, MarshBerry
The days of hiring a producer and waiting to see if they “sink or swim” are over. During this session, the speakers will provide the structure for a “Sales Playbook” that producers can use to clearly establish their revenue goals, metrics for measurement, and a framework and approach to closing more new business. Ultimately, implementing a Sales Playbook will help agencies instill consistency in the sales process to build a more repeatable, predictable organic growth engine.
