Todd Carpunky Assistant General Counsel Hess Corporation Todd Carpunky is an Assistant General Counsel at Hess Corporation. He is a dual-qualified NY/English lawyer. As part of his role at Hess, Todd has been the lead lawyer for all of the international M&A transactions since joining the company in 2011. His work includes over 15 transactions totalling approximately USD8 billion in deals in Europe, CIS area, Asia, Middle East and West and North Africa. Prior to Hess Corporation, Todd was a senior associate in the London office of Debevoise & Plimpton. Earlier in his career, Todd was an associate at law firms Simpson Thacher & Bartlett in New York and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in Chicago.
