The easiest way to get sponsored is to send this link to your friends https://www.etouches.com/13766. You can write a message in your email explaining the amazing event that you are doing and why you need their help. They can then simply click on the link, enter their name and your name (so that we know whose total to add that donation to) and donate via their credit or debit card.
 
Alternatively, they can go to http://bristolsbigbleap.org and click on the sponsorship button which can be seen on the Welcome Page, Event Information page and of course above! They will be taken to the same site where they can again enter yours and their names and donate via their credit or debit card.
 
The money will be sent to our bank account and at the point that we transfer it to Cancer Research UK as a donation they can claim Gift Aid.
 
It couldn't be simpler!
 

Bristol’s Big Leap Sponsorship Form

You can collect sponsorship money in person using a Bristol's Big Leap paper sponsorship form. You'll be able to drop off your sponsorship on the day, but please make sure you bring your sponsorship form with the funds you have raised in an envelope. Without this we are unable to claim any Gift Aid on your sponsorship. Gift Aid allows us to claim at least 28p for every pound you raise, at no extra cost to you or your sponsors.

Matching Giving Scheme
 
Ask if your company operates a match giving scheme. Many companies do these days in their efforts to be socially responsible and give something back to their community. If your company does, ask them to match any donations you get – this can add significant funds to your sponsorship total and could mean that even more  lives can be saved by Cancer Research UK.
 
 
Pay in Your Sponsorship
 
Returning your sponsorship money is really easy.
 
If you've done it on line then it will automatically be paid into our account so there's no need for you to do anything at all.

If you have raised money using a paper sponsorship form, you can:

  • post a cheque, payable to Bristol’s Big Leap to the address below
    or
  • transfer your money via BACS to LLoyds TSB, Account No: 30069068, Sort Code: 30-99-38.

If you do choose to send in your money by post, we recommend that you do not send cash.

We cannot claim Gift Aid on your sponsors' pledges without your sponsorship form. Gift Aid adds an extra 28p to every pound you raise at no extra cost to you or your sponsors. All you have to do is send us your sponsorship form.
