Registration will take place on the grass in front of the Clifton Observatory on the Clifton Downs.

The actual zipslide will take place from the cliff edge near the Observatory and will land on the track the other side of the water. The Observatory is located on Clifton Down, very close to the Clifton Suspension Bridge. Shuttle vehicles will regularly run throughout the day carrying you from the finish back to the start.

Please note that the Portway will be closed from 6am to 6pm on 8th August to allow the zip slide to take place. Directions will be in place and marshalls will be available to direct you however please take this into account when planning your journey.

Please also note that there is no reserved parking at the Observatory. Although there is on street parking in Clifton and close by this is likely to be busy and we therefore encourage you to use public transport.
