Delivery Service
We are pleased to provide a
shipping service where we will store your stand equipment between events, take
it from venue to venue and deliver it to your exhibition space. The
service excludes stand assembly.
The service will start with
collection of your shipments after the end of the London event, and end with
delivery to the Birmingham event. It will be your responsibility to get
your equipment to the London event and arrange collection after the Birmingham
event.
The prices for the service are as follows:
- For the first item: £600 plus
VAT
- For each subsequent item:
Small packages, single width
pop-up stands, boxes of collateral - £40 per item plus VAT
- Large packages, e.g. large pop-ups: £60 per item plus VAT
